Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 0 to 1 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 1 to 5 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 15 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half board costs EUR 28.00 per person.
Half board costs EUR 20.00 per child under 16 years.
Half board costs EUR 14.00 per child under 10 years.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
